Some of you know about our huge backyard project that we have been working on since this spring. Well, we got the trampoline in the ground, and now I finally got the playground all built. It took a lot longer than I thought it would, to put together. Our kids have been pretty patient with me. It turned out to be pretty awesome, and our kids absolutely love it. I thought we were the fun hang-out house for all the neighborhood kids before, but now we really are. Now we just have to get a couple truck-loads of playground chips, and it will be totally done.

Dan and Natalie had their Baby!
Dan and Natalie had their baby Sunday afternoon. She was born 6 lbs. 13 oz. and 19 inches long. They named her Emilily, & Natalie and the baby are both doing great. Dan became a Father on Father's Day which was pretty cool. We took the kids up to the hospital Sunday evening to see the baby. They are pretty excited to have a new baby cousin.

Golfing at Toads
Last weekend we took our kids golfing at Toads (used to be mulligans). It is one of our favorite places, especially in the summer. We did some mini-golfing and then we let Carter and Cambree hit buckets of balls. They both got new sets of clubs this year, and Carter is taking golf lessons this summer. He has a pretty good little swing, and really enjoys playing. He surprised me with some of his shots. He was hitting them pretty far.
Our new ride!
Right after the accident, we started shopping for new pathfinders. We found an Nissan Armada LE at Ken Garff here in Riverdale and it was love at first sight. We got a good deal on it and we have been driving it for about a month already. Christy still has a hard time whenever she sees a red pathfinder drive by, but we love our new Armada. It is a bigger than our pathfinder and pulls our trailer and all of our toys a lot better. It is loaded with all kinds of cool stuff. Cambree likes that the tailgate opens and closes with the push of a button. She calls it "magic" and always has to show everyone. Anyway, I detailed it today at the fire station and finally took some pictures.
