Baby Addison!

My little sister Emily and her husband Kyle had their baby Friday, July 30 at 4:35pm. She weighed 6 lbs. 14 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. Her name is Addison and she is adorable. I am so happy for them and I am glad Emily and baby are both doing well. We got to go up friday night to the hospital and see them and hold Addison. Our kids were upset because they couldn't go in and see her, but they are really excited. Congratulations Emily and Kyle! We love you baby Addison!

Raptors Game

Last night we had the fun opporunity to go to the Raptors Baseball game with a bunch of our friends from our ward. Our kids had a blast playing with all the other kids that were at the game. Carter, Josh, and Parker spent most of the game down on the lawn trying to catch baseballs and talking to the players. It has been a while since we have been to a game and I forgot how fun they are. I didn't think our kids would sit through an entire game, but they did and they had a lot of fun.

Ogden Pioneer Days Rodeo

Saturday night we took the kids to the Ogden Pioneer Days Rodeo. Our kids had a blast! Calee was clapping and waving to all the Miss Rodeo Utah contestants. They loved watching the mutton busting and Cambree kept asking when we would see the bull riding, since that is her favorite part. There was a lot of cool patriotic moments, plus we got to see the governor of Utah, Gary Herbert, and watch them crown the new Miss Rodeo Utah. At the end of the rodeo, there were two pro motocross guys that put on a show, doing stunts in the air. They were awesome and one even did a backflip. Then, of course at the very end we got to watch the fireworks show. It was a very fun night, and I know it was a night our kids will always remember.

Little Red Scooter!

Calee has been doing such a good job going potty in the big girl potty, that we rewarded her by buying her a little red scooter. She has wanted her own scooter for quite a while and she has been having a blast riding up and down the sidewalk on her new scooter. We are so proud of her for doing so well at getting potty trained!

Awesome Water pictures

I took these pictures of the kids out in the front yard playing with the hose. It was supposed to be in the swimming pool, filling it up, but they were having way more fun spraying water everywhere and trying to squirt each other. Calee was having a blast whipping the hose around and trying to get Carter. I like how cool the water looks in some of these shots.

Running through the sprinklers!

Our kids love running through the sprinklers. I turned our sprinklers on so Calee and I could run through them. Before I knew it, Cambree and Avery were there running through them with us. Calee kept wanting Cambree to carry her through the sprinklers. They were playing so cute together and having so much fun.

Dube' Family BBQ

Sunday, July 4th, we had Christy's whole family over for a barbecue. I was excited to try out  my brand new grill and we were happy that everyone could have the day off and be together as a family. The kids all had a blast playing together and we had fun just eating, talking, and enjoying spending time with each other. As soon as it got dark, we had a ton of fireworks to light off. Dan had some illegals that we lit off first. Being a firefighter and knowing how well our neighborhood gets patrolled by Harrisville City Police, I was a little nervous, but it was fun for a change. Our friends Chad, Jen, Josh, and Mccale came and hung out with us too, and watched some fireworks. Josh even got out his guitar and played some music for us. It was just a really fun night!

Our Trip to Yellowstone

Last week we took a family vacation to Yellowstone. We pulled our trailer up and stayed at Fishing Bridge which is in East Yellowstone. My parents and sister shandi, my grandparents, and my Aunt Judy and cousin Megan all came up with us. Kevin and Mandy and their kids drove down from Montana and met us there also. Our campsite was awesome. We had Buffalo wander through camp every evening and deer wander through almost every morning. Our kids had fun with their cousins building a teepee and having nerf gun wars in the forest. In the 4 days that we were there, we saw just about everything there is to see in Yellowstone. We even got to see a bear up by Mammoth. We are lucky to live so close to Yellowstone. It is such an amazing place.
