Just love these girls!!!

We are so lucky to have such cute girls. They were playing so cute together last night, taking turns pulling each other around in the little red wagon.

Bieber Fever! oh the joy a T-shirt can bring!

I don't understand the whole Justin Bieber phenomenon, but somehow we have been sucked into it. We have a Justin Bieber cd in the car that we listen to. Our kids talk about him everywhere we go. Cambree keeps telling me she wants to see him in concert. Well, we were in the store this weekend and I made the mistake of showing Cambree these Justin Bieber T-shirts. She just had to have one. It is now her favorite T-shirt. She wore it to school this morning.

Carter, who is quite the gamer on the xbox 360 spotted these cool Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 T-shirts and decided he needed one. It is a pretty awesome shirt (Way cooler than Justin Bieber... just don't tell Cambree that I said that). Anyway, needless to say, Carter now has a favorite t-shirt too and I noticed he wore his to school this morning.

Cambree's new bike

We happened to be in Binghams one day this winter and we saw this bike. It is called the Electra Townie and the second we saw it we thought of Cambree. She outgrew her little purple trek that she has been riding and needed something bigger. We brought her back in to look at it and she immediately fell in love with it. We put it on layaway and have been paying on it. Well, she has been begging us to go and get it. Finally, on friday we took her down there and picked it up. She has been outside riding it every chance she can get. We are so happy that she loves her new bike so much. It is such a cute bike and fits her personality perfectly.

Tree House Night

Thursday night was our kids' school Treehouse Night. We are lucky enough to have an awesome place called the Treehouse Childrens Museum here in Ogden. Our kids love it there and beg us to go every chance they get. All of Majestic Elementary school was there and so it got a little crazy. It was fun for our kids to be there with their friends. Cambree's class even performed a little play, "Where the wild things are" It was really cute and our kids had a fun night.

Balloons

All of our kids have loved balloons over the years. Calee loves them and everytime we are at the store she wants us to buy her one. Being the "softy" that I am, I always give in and buy her whatever balloon she wants. The other day she wanted this disney princess, Happy Birthday balloon. It is amazing how a 3 dollar balloon from Walmart can mean the world to a little 3 year old girl. Well, one night we put Calee to bed and went to check on her a little while later. When we opened the door, this is what we saw. Little Calee asleep in her bed with her balloon around her wrist. It was one of the cutest things ever. I had to take a picture of her.

Happy St. Patricks Day!

Our kids were very excited for St. Patricks Day. They all wore green pajamas to bed last night so they wouldn't get pinched this morning. They also had on their green clothes this morning. We had a little bit of green hair spray left so Carter, so we sprayed Carter's hair green.

another tooth, gone!

Cambree noticed one of her teeth was loose this weekend. She started wiggling it Sunday and wouldn't let any of us touch it. She kept telling us that she wanted the Dentist to pull it out, not any of us. We told her ok, but to just keep wiggling it back and forth. Sunday night she came to us all excited, with her tooth in her hand. She was so excited to put it in a baggy and leave it on her nighstand for the tooth fairy. She was even more excited the next morning when she discovered the tooth fairy had been there and left some money. She ran around the house telling each of us and showing us the money. She even woke Calee up to tell her. She looks really silly with a tooth missing on top and now one missing on the bottom in the same place.

kids and their cousins

Our kids were so excited to have their cousins in town this week. Kevin, Mandy and their kids were here this week for spring break. All we heard, every day, was "Can we play with Eli, Owen, and Isabelle?" We were able to spend some time up at my parents house and let the kids be together. They had fun playing in the yard and hot tubbing together in the hot tub. It is hard on them to live so far apart from each other. They play so well together. Here are some pics we took of them playing in the back yard after sunday dinner.

Disney on Ice

Our kids were so excited for Disney on Ice. Calee kept calling it "Disneyland on Ice". Our kids loved every minute of it. We let them each get an Icee in a Disney cup. This year the theme was "Lets Celebrate" and they celebrated different holidays. We loved the Halloween part with Jack Skellington and all the villains. The girls loved all the princesses, and Carter loved the end when all the Toy Story characters came out. It was a very fun night.

12 years

This weekend Christy and I celebrated our 12th anniversary. I was lucky enough to win tickets to see George Lopez in Wendover. Christy and I drove to Wendover on friday. We stayed in the Nugget Hotel and got to see George Lopez at the Peppermill Concert Hall friday night. It was a perfect little overnight getaway. Saturday we drove home and picked the kids up and headed to Salt Lake city. We spent the day shopping at the gateway and then surprised them by taking them to Disney on Ice. It was the perfect weekend and the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary.

Sugar cookies from Dicks!!!

There is a place called Dicks Market in Bountiful. They make the biggest, yummiest frosted sugar cookies ever. Christy's family has always loved them and often has orders them for family parties. Well, it has been awhile since we have had any from there and I know Christy has been craving them, so I drove down to bountiful on my lunch hour today and bought a dozen of them to surprise Christy and the kids with. I ate two of them today and they were amazing. Christy and the kids were very excited. I found out later that Christy's Mom and Aunt Nadene were also there at Dicks today about the same time I was, but we never saw each other. Crazy coincidence!
