FROZEN!!!

We took the kids to see Frozen tonight at the Megaplex down at the Junction. We met up with Dirk & Misty and Dan & Natalie and their kids. Our kids were super excited when we told them that we were going to see Frozen. We all loved the movie, It was super cute and our favorite character was Olaf the snowman. It was a fun night!!!

 

 

Black Friday and Carter's favorite teams

Carter's two favorite NFL teams are the 49ers and the Packers. He couldn't resist trying these on in the mall as we were black Friday shopping.

 

 

The girls making Sugar Cookies

Cambree and Calee wanted to make sugar cookies for Thanksgiving and the wanted to do it all on their own. Christy helped them make the dough and they did the rest. They were so cute to watch as they worked together rolling out the dough and using the cookie cutters to cut out the different shapes. I snapped this picture of the two of them as they helped each other. It was a proud moment. I am so glad that they love each other and are so good to each other.

Weber State Basketball

So glad that it is basketball season! My family has season tickets to all the Weber State basketball games and Carter and I were able to go tonight and watch them play the Utah State Aggies. We went with My Dad, sister Shandi, brother-in-law Kyle, and Addi. We went to dinner at Ligoris before the game. Our wildcats played really well and almost beat the Aggies. It was a good game and a fun night.

Grandma Call's 80th birthday

Tonight we celebrated Grandma Call's 80th birthday. We just love her so much and are so happy that we could be there tonight for her open house. She is the best grandma ever. We love eating dinner at her house every sunday. We love her parties, especially her Halloween and Christmas parties. We love going camping with her and Grandpa. We love seeing them at all of our kids' games and recitals.
We wish her a happy birthday and many more healthy and happy years to come.

Nutcracker Pictures

 Our girls were are so excited for this year's Nutcracker. Cambree is dressed up as a Chinese girl, and Calee is a cute little mouse. Tonight they had Nutcracker pictures and they both looked so cute!!!

We can't decide whether she looks cuter as a pilgrim or an indian!!! oh, we love our Calee bug!!!

Court of Honor

We are so proud of Carter. He has worked hard this summer and earned a bunch of merit badges and his tenderfoot. We are so happy that he loves Scouting and that he wants to get his Eagle some day.

 

 

Kodak Moment

Christy caught this Kodak Moment this morning as our kids were helping each other get ready for school. It is so awesome to see our kids love each other and help each other.

Calee's field trip to the Ogden Nature Center

Today was Calee's fieldtrip to the Ogden Nature Center with her kindergarten class. It was cold, but still a really nice day. Calee talked about this field trip all weekend long and was super excited. I was able to take a few hours off of work and meet her there. We got to sit in a teepee and learn about indians, and we also go to learn about how to make "journey cakes" out of corn and cook them on a fire. Calee loved seeing all the birds, especially the bald eagle. We were also lucky enough to see "Tom" the turkey right before we left. It was a fun day. We love our Calee bug so much and are so proud of her for how well she is doing in kindergarten so far this year!!!

Building a Fort

Here is a fun picture of our kids and their friends playing in Tyson and Jill Downs' front yard. I'm pretty sure they were supposed to be helping Tyson clean up all the branches from the tree, but they decided to make a fort instead.
